today fewer and fewer people practise a chaste life.is it then a surprise that people have to depend on medicines for longevity,people have less memory power than their ancestors etc.by brahmacharya one's power is multiplied amany fold.that iswhy youth are recomended this so that they rise and become spiritual at a tender age.
