  One Sri Lankan Tamil in Ottawa kidnapped a Tamil girl and under trial now. He told that Kidnapping and rapings are common in Tamil culture.

  Dr.Srihari: Being a backward you will not understand. Backwardness and poverty are completeky different. Most backwards who take advantage of caste are rich and most forwards who suffer because of caste are poor. If you had passed 8th grade like I have, by yejjamnasun you would understand.
