nedu-,
// A Thamizh dictionary clearly point out that the word 'sathur' means four, another word 'sathurkkam meaning intersection (four way intersection)...//
so why dont we use sathur instead of naangu for four in tamizh?? And how do you say 5 - panja in Tamizh?? No - you say it as Aindhu.
perhaps in tamizh we should start counting ondru, irandu, moondru, sathur, panja, sasti etc...rite??
Sathur comes from the samskrit root chatvaari, panja -ex: panja paandavargal - comes from pancha meaning 5.
//so the word 'sathur' (which at this point I'm not so sure if it's Thamizh origin; it seems so) then //
yeah right - now you can borrow samskrit words into Tamizh and write a new book...nedunchezhiyans book of Tamizh words!!! Sathur is not a pure tamizh word.

nedu,
//Nevertheless the word 'aha' combined in what you said as Sanskirit 'chathur"aha"' ... //
dont write crap nedu, aham is a samshrit word having many meanings according to usage.. it can also mean self (even in hindi its derivative 'hum' means self). how do you write and pronounce aham in tamizh if it was a pure tamizh word? agam..but pronounce it as aham using the rules for pronouncing tamizh words. but here comes the discrepancy...agam written in tamizh is read as aham, but agara is not pronounced as ahara (as in agara muthala ezhuthellam aathi...)

nedu, tamizh has a lot of words of samskrit origin which you cant explain - but will call it as pure tamizh and then say samskritists copied it from tamizh.
tell it alound to a person having a big hole in his year...even he will laugh. you and idiappam can take your crap and leave.
//If you don't trust me, you do your research, Perhaps in some days I'll give you a 100% valid explanation but I'm sure this is valid enough for you to accept the truth about 'Sanskirit' that is a derived 'language' from Thamizh.//
dont u nedu crap again....samskrit language literature goes beyond several thousands of years before any other language in the world.

Life’s good not come from others’ gift, nor ill
Man’s pains and pain’s relief are from within.
Thus we have seen in visions of the wise.

The WEIRD FACT IS THAT about 95% of the present day brahmins dont know what is meaning of manu. They have no clue why they are not consuming NVeg. They have no clue what their shitt ancestors did.
They also have no clue about anthropology.
I think I am responsible for educating these brahmins like truth, tony etc etc.
Hmm, guys feel proud to have a genious here in this forum

nothing is ideal in this world. it means that there will be fighting going on in this world for ever. If there is no racial conflicts, then these people will start fighting for money.
It is the innate characteristic of people to fight. ( telugus fight within each other, these brahmins also fight within eachother saying iyer iyengar etc :) so such kind of fightings are always there)
After all they are human beings.
When a person learns to get out of his worries, only then he has achieved something great.

EMERGENCY! Singapore is sliding back as a civilised country as more and more north (hindi) speaking indians are coming to live here offering cheap services for less talent. Please do not come i beg you. Our forefathers, the chines, malays and (tamil and sikh)indians did npt strive hard for chappati eating lazy bums like you to enjoy life here. For how backward these hindi speaking people are, just go to Mustafa Center and see how they behave and shout (shout = talking for them)

Tamilians are basically a backward community in singapore when compared to chinese. Normally every chinese has tamil house servant. and most of pimp and prostitution is Tamilian's priority profession, since tourism is flourishing in Little India

Well the arguement is based on one example:
"The coocoo bird:
Tamil - kuyil
Hindi - koyal
Sanskrit - kohila (not sure of the transliteration)"
Perhaps the person who discovered this forget to say "elementary my dear watson"??? Funny, ah? Sigh! Sela perai tiruthave mudiyadu.
First may I ask, what is the necessity in finding the need to compare? Second, please let me know if Sanskrit is making anyone insecure so the need to bash a nearly-dead language arises? As a Tamizh you know the depth of its roots, then why this comparison game with Sankrit???
