    Almost absent for the whole 2012 but Nadal still within top 4.

    2012 points until end of Wimbledon - 6645

    After Wimbledon,
    Missed 1 Grand Slam which he had to defend 1200 out of 2000 points
    Missed 4 Masters which he had to defend only 280 points out of 4000 points.
    Missed WTF which he had to defend only 200(1/3 in 2011) out of 1500 points.
    Missed 1 M500 in which he had to defend 300 points out of 500.

    David Ferrer is just 290 points below Nadal. In case if Nadal doesn't earn any points(has 90 in Doha) and Ferrer(has 250 in Auckland) earns 290 points(very unlikely), then we could probably see Djok/Fed/Mur playing Nadal in AO QF..
