    Don't know where to post.. Hope this is the best available thread..

    Madras eye is spreading fast in Chennai. Make sure that you have your coolers on when you go out. Drink a lot of water. Keep your eyes clean. Do not have hand-to-eyes contact before cleaning your hands with antiseptic lotion, soap. Change your bedwraps, pillow covers, towels frequently. Avoid sharing rooms with affected people. If they are your subordinates, approve their leave for 2 days and if it is your boss, better you apply for leave.

    If you feel irritation in your eyes, reddishness, formation of mucus, swelling, than apply Microflox lotion every 2 hours. If the problem still persists, consult the doctor and he'l prescribe the same medicine..

    Answer the phone by LEFT ear .

    Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.

    Do not take pills with COOL water .

    Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.

    Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.

    Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.

    Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS .

    Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG periods of time.

    Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.

    Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.

    When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.
    Never argue with a fool or he will drag you down to his level and beat you at it through sheer experience!

    One, who has dreams and aspirations just as
    you have because she is as human as you are;

    One, who has never entered the kitchen in her life just like you or your
    Sister haven't, as she was busy in studies and competing in a system
    that gives no special concession to girls for their culinary achievements

    One, who has lived and loved her parents & brothers & sisters, almost as
    much as you do for 20-25 years of her life;

    One, who has bravely agreed to leave behind all that, her home, people who love her, to adopt your home, your family, your ways and even your family ,name

    One, who is somehow expected to be a master-chef from day #1, while you sleep oblivious to her predicament in her new circumstances, environment and that kitchen

    One, who is expected to make the tea, first thing in the morning and cook
    food at the end of the day, even if she is as tired as you are, maybe more,
    and yet never ever expected to complain; to be a servant, a cook, a mother,
    a wife, even if she doesn't want to; and is learning just like you are as
    to what you want from her; and is clumsy and sloppy at times and knows that you won't like it if she is too demanding, or if she learns faster than you;

    One, who has her own set of friends, and that includes boys and even men at her workplace too, those, who she knows from school days and yet is willing to put all that on the back-burners to avoid your irrational jealousy, unnecessary competition and your inherent insecurities;

    Yes, she can drink and dance just as well as you can, but won't, simply
    Because you won't like it, even though you say otherwise

    One, who can be late from work once in a while when deadlines, just like yours, are to be met;

    One, who is doing her level best and wants to make this most important,
    relationship in her entire life a grand success, if you just help her some
    and trust her;

    One, who just wants one thing from you, as you are the only one she knows in your entire house - your unstinted support, your sensitivities and most importantly - your understanding, or love, if you may call it.

    But not many guys understand this......

    Please appreciate "HER"

    Yes. Yes. WELL-SAID.! --- But --- but --- but---

    These advices / Suggestions are needed only to those Husbands who intend wedding the Woman cherishing Indian Heritage and high Human-culture.!

    The pity, now-a-days, it is reverse the case in most of the present Indian Families too.!

    Then what to say about modern Westerners and WEST-MAD INDIAN WOMEN.!

    Women's Lib. is at the highest Ebb in the current Era.

    If we closely observe in several Families, now-a-days

    We have to appreciate "HIM"

    Food, drink and sleep should be taken on timely basis. We should avoid alot of oily/fried food (some is okay once in a while), alot of heavy spices, garlic, onions etc. We should try to sleep by 8 pm and rise by 3 am - 4 am giving us 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

    I have done it and had no problem. As for supper, I would finish eating by 4:00 pm, preferably, 3:30 pm at the earliest and start my evening sadhana by 5:00pm. That time, as now, I would only eat one large meal a day. My breakfast at about 6:30 am (sometimes 7:00 am) wiould comprise of yoghurt or some fruit and some bread or some cereal, lunch would be salad or a sandwich and supper would be something bigger.

    Refer to vadivelu dialogue in Devar Magan after his right hand gets chopped.

    Lady: Why do you like me..? Why do you love me?

    Man : I can't tell the reason.. but I really like you..

    Lady: You can't even tell me the reason... how can you say you like me?How
    can you say you love me?

    Man : I really don't know the reason, but I can prove that I love you.

    Lady: Proof? No! I want you to tell me the reason. My friend's boyfriend can
    tell her why he loves her but not you!

    Man : Ok ok!!! Erm... because you are beautiful, because your voice is
    sweet, because you are caring, because you are loving, because you
    are thoughtful, because of your smile, because of your every movements..

    Unfortunately, a few days later, the Lady met with an accident and became a vegetable(Total permanent disability). The Guy then placed a letter by her side, and here is what was written :

    Dearest,

    Because of your sweet voice that I love you...Now can you talk? No!
    Therefore I cannot love you. Because of your care and concern that I like
    you.. Now that you cannot show them, therefore I cannot love you. Because of
    your smile, because of your every movement that I love you.. Now can you
    smile? Now can you move? No, therefore I cannot love you...

    If love needs a reason, like now, there is no reason for me to love you
    anymore
