Sweat & tears, of threat and fears blurred her vision. As she fumbled in her handbag & took out her hankerchief, something fell from it with a metallic clink - a blood stained knife !

That was enough for the policeman to handcuff her, and push her into the backseat of the car. He then carefully picked up the knife with a handkerchief and dropped it into a plastic bag.
