இசைப்பிரியா வாழ்க்கை திரைப்படமாகிறது

இலங்கையில் விடுதலைப்புலிகள் நடத்திய டெலிவிஷனில் செய்தி வாசிப்பாளராக இருந்தவர் இசைப்பிரியா. ஈழத்தமிழர் விடுதலைக்கான எழுச்சி பாடல்களையும் பாடிவந்தார். இசைப்பிரியாவை இறுதிக் கட்ட போரில் சிங்கள ராணுவத்தினர் கொடூரமாக படுகொலை செய்தனர்.
அவரது வாழ்க்கை கதை ‘போர்க்களத்தில் ஒரு பூ’ என்ற பெயரில் படமாகிறது. இதில் இசைப்பிரியா வேடத்தில் பிரியா நடிக்கிறார். நாயகனாக பாலாஜி நடிக்கிறார். பிரபாகரன், சுமந்தனி, சுபாஷ் சந்திரபோஸ் உள்ளிட்டோரும் நடிக்கின்றனர். இப்படத்துக்கு இளையராஜா இசையமைக்கிறார். கதை, திரைக்கதை, வசனம், எழுதி கு.கணேசன் இயக்குகிறார்.

இசைப்பிரியாவின் வாழ்க்கை கதை நெஞ்சை உருக்கும் சம்பவங்களுடன் படமாகிறது என்றும் இப்படத்துக்கு இளையராஜாவின் இசை உயிர் கொடுத்துள்ளது என்றும் இயக்குனர் கணேசன் கூறினார். இப்படத்தின் பாடல்கள் நேற்று வெளியிடப்பட்டன. இதில் இளையராஜா, நடிகர்கள் நந்தா, விவேக், டைரக்டர் பேரரசு, ஜாகுவார் தங்கம் உள்ளிட்டோர் பங்கேற்றனர்.

IR's new movie "Kidaa Possari Magudi". I could not understand what the title means. I understood only the word magudi. The title sounds more like a telugu title

Thanks Shankar. I just realized that after seeing the same news item in the below website. The above site said "Possari" . Sometimes, wrong spelling can make one think that it is a new word or it appears to belong to another language

"Kidaa" and "poosari", I can sort of relate. How "magudi" is coming into picture? Wondering how the title is related to the theme of the movie. Nevertheless, interesting title.

If you permit me :
The clue is in the theme of the movie - Love after marriage.
The goat and the priest (I assume that he is the one who chops the goat's head off), they were never together for a long time and are often symbols of opposite poles. Not going into the couples main gendre to avoid unnecessary contervarsies :
One should be the goat (submitting) and the other should be priest (dominant). Now when these 2 strangers meet and get socially acquainted, here is where the magudi comes into play - the affection that blossoms in thier post marriage life plays a charm in their engaging relationship, which sways to the lovely, rythmic & enchanting Magudi Melody of Love.

Decent sound track. "ondu kathe kelu", a family song with a nice tune (especially the charanam) and soothing orchestration. A soft Vijay prakash voice sounds different. The tune at "Namma kathayu sannadhe" kind of sounds familiar (also heard at 4:31 to 4:40)

"Devere kelu", a sad song nicely sung by Sharreth.
