Rockline Venkatesh has got a stay order from Bangalore court. If singaravelan starts begging, that would be considered illegal! He can beg but he can not mention Rajinikanth while begging!
The controversy surrounding superstar’s Lingaa is refusing to die down as the producer knocks court doors for help
The troubles seem to be never-ending for Superstar Rajinikanth’s Lingaa. Now the producer Rockline Venkatesh has gone to court and got a stay order. The judgement passed is that there can be no negative campaigning against the producer, the movie or Rajinikanth across any media or otherwise.
A list of 105 media has been sent the court notice to prevent them from publishing or broadcasting any further news. Distributors have been threatening to go a protest since they incurred losses and want the Superstar to help settle this amount.
Rajinikanth – as like with all other issues – has been staying out of this controversy. There was talk that his property would be auctioned and that he would pay back the money lost by some distributors across seven areas in Tamil Nadu.
The fight between distributors and producer Rockline Venkatesh has been on since Lingaa released – they claim that that they were told by Venkatesh that Lingaa was a superior film to Enthiran and they paid huge amounts only to realise it’s a very poorly made film.

Somewhere it's said that the settlement amount is 10C.... Other sources mentions as "periya thogai"...

Kamal takes the opposite stand on Rajini
The Distributors of ‘Lingaa’ were hounding Rajinikanth for the past few months demanding refunds for supposed losses incurred by them by distributing the film. The Superstar was involved in the project strictly as an actor and was not liable, but out of magnanimity shelled out a huge amount from his own pocket to amicably settle the issue.
Kamal Hassan in a recent press conference did not see Rajini’s action as justifiable and said it would have repercussions in the future as cinema is art for the creative artists and business for the investors. Hence profits and losses are part and parcel of the game and he questioned whether the distributor will refund the ticket amount if the viewers demand it for an unsatisfactory film.
