Suvai nga kambu in english is called millet, or pear millet
It will look something like our kevoor.
The colour will be little yellowish.
You can do dosai , idli , kool , bread , and even cook it as rice.
Kambu kool is very refreshing to drink the hot season.
Athu ellam India voda pochi. sigh.
