Kugan,
how r u? how is ur health now? Kugan "Spicy Boli" is in queue. pls post both veg and Non-veg version....
Thanks in Advance!
K, I asked some clari about pavakkai chips which I guess u have overlooked it... I made the chips as per the recipe...it was crisp for a day and then it lost all the crispiness... what could be wrong?... more water or is it something else...
What do we do when u have a big bunch of sour grapes?... Trash it...NO!!!... I have been experimenting with sour grapes the whole of this week and I liked rasam made out of it and also use it in sambar instead of tamarind... It doesn't alter the taste even a tiny bit...:D
For both the recipes, U just have to grind it with lil water and extract the juice. Add it in place of tamarind juice and let it boil just like we do with tamarind juice in the recipe... Make sure it is boiled well, else u might end up with itchy throat...
I'm planning grapes rice(just like lemon rice) next...
Suvai, I am glad that you liked our cake and sweets.
Enjoy Suvai, take care, Kugan98

Please kindly see the page. Thanks, Kugan98
Selviem, thanks for your post.
I hope you can try out the recipe for your children.
I found a simple chicken recipe which you can pack for school going children. I thought about you. I will post it soon.
Selviem, do not worry about the forum, our family comes first.
So take your time, pop in when time permits.
May god bless you and your family, Kugan98
K, do post the malaysian fried rice recipe... :) n do try the grapes rasam and I am sure u won't regret... I din't use even tomatoes for the rasam as my grapes were EXTREMELY sour...
My lil one loves pavakkai chips and she keeps eating it as a snack... so I buy it from a nearby shop and it keeps well(crisp) for 2 weeks... will using more of corn flour or cornflour alone help maintain the crispiness?...
