Endrendrum Punnagai ( Tamil: என்றென்றும் புன்னகை) is an upcoming Tamil romantic comedy film to be directed by I. Mueenuddin Ahmed starring Jiiva and Trisha Krishnan. The movie has music by Harris Jayaraj.The film is currently in its pre-production stage.

Jiiva and Trisha to work at an office

Jiiva’s Mugamoodi hit the screens yesterday and is gaining good response from the public. The actor is now ready for his next project, Endrendrum Punnagai. The film is all set to go on floors on September 15th in Chennai.

A huge office set will be erected in a suitable place in the city and Jiiva, Trisha, Santhanam and Vinai Rai will be present for the 10 day schedule. The film will be helmed by Ahmed of Vaamanan fame and will have Madhi’s cinematography. Harris Jayaraj will score music for the film.

I didn't find that funny at all :roll: As I said before, except for some of his outrageous lines, nothing clicked. Some of his jokes were recycled but he delivered them well.

Endrendum Punnaghai - ok

It is not a bad movie it is another sentimental movie with romance and comedy like Raja Rani. It is anothe rmultistarrer movie that has worked out for Jeeva. The movie is ok in first half, but it tends to get real slow and boring in 2nd half.

Director Ahmed made good use of Santhanam in Vamanan and he did it right again in this movie. Vinay has a meaty role more than a womanizer, after series of flops I hope this movie gives him a new boost to continue acting. Trisha didnt dissapoint, her acting has improved a lot since I saw her in E20U18.

Songs by HJ are catchy, but he didnt have to do like SA Rajkumar and repeat same tune throughout the movie (yele yele).

Director Ahmed might have more to offer after delivering a movie with a message (If you think its drinking is injourious to health then you are r... wrong...)

Go without much expectations. You will enjoy it. A routine love story with nothing new. Without Santhanam would have been a borefest.

As usual, Chinamyi was very effective and gave life to the role...

Another Bombay Jayashree in making by Mr. harris... iyyo vename.. Hope Sudha Raghunathan realizes it and stays away....

Worth the $12 :)

the 1st half was just horrible.. the later portion of the movie was good for a tamil movie ..
HJ - please get lost .. BGM after flight landing in europe is the same as BGM used for flight landing in USA scene in Vettaiyaadu .. songs are totally hopeless

Yes, the gags were taken from several places. Liked the Santhanam's Chaplin drunken act. He did it with ease.
By the way, its good to hear a french song in the Swiss pub which is indeed the correct ambiance and suits the situation if you know the song. The song is : Comme toi (Like you)
Other than that Trisha is worth watching. I always liked here elegant walk.

A fun filled movie that is super in the first half. Ignore Jiva and enjoy the movie. Santhanam is hillarourious. Vinay has pulled of a good role. Looks to have put on weight. Trisha is gorgeous, specially in sarees.
All the overseas scenes can be skipped and you wont have missed much.
Worth watching for the comedy and Trisha and the bonding of the three buddies. For me, this movie works.
