Brand that is good in quality

Guys... need our hubbers suggestions and recommendations. I am planning to buy a branded good Polaroid sun glass for me. Please let us know the brand which you felt in your personal life the good in quality. In my research and queries, I see Ray Ban and Maui Jim as popular and valuable brands at market. Your suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks.

I bought a Ray-ban P(rb3217) more than two years ago. Its still in excellent condition and thats the best sunglass I ve ever bought. I think you know, but sunglass hut does free repairs of sun-glasses. I once sat on mine and the temples became so wide that it looked ugly. The sunglass hut folks repaired it free of charge.

Btw, I googled my product # and the glass looks different now and the SGH guys said that particular product has been discontinued.

Check Polaroid brand itself. Came across one when I was buying a gift and it looked very good.

I looked for the package pricing based on my pref - Sports Channels, Movie Channels, Tamil Channels and others like Discovery, NGC, TLC etc. Video quality in Videocon is good. I could not see any visible difference in my Sony 32 inch LCD between tata and videocon.
Most Important: Their after sales service. They respond and action very quickly in case of any issues.My remote was broken. I logged a complaint and they did a door delivery within 4 hrs of logging. Same is the case for addition / modification of channel packages. Overall, I am very much satisfied with price, quality and customer service during the last 7-8 months.

HD is good, even for Non-HD channels their picuture quality is good . I have seen the quality of Tata-sky, Dish-TV & Sun in my apartment. Airtel & Reliance Big TV are better than all these 3. I have not seen Videocon. There were 3 HD channels only when I took the subscription - Discovery HD World, NGC HD and "Movies Now". I need to check whether any more have come..

I think Videocon D2H offers some extra channels too (40 as per their TV ads). Meedhi ellarum 8 Channel dhaan tharran :roll:

Videocon followed by Tatasky has the more number of HD channels, but Videocon doesn't have 5.1 audio output.
