It is shcoking news to anyone.

Bala and his Co. that include producer Thenappan, Distributor Arulpathi, Financier Anbu (the same guy always on controversy news) and another guy have tortured Ajith in a Hotel Chennai. After 4 hours of torture and after getting more than 3 crore settlement from Ajith to Bala and Naan Kadavul producer, they have allowed ajith to leave from the hotel room.

This is the short story publised in this week Report a political and investigation magazine from Kumudam group.

Bala has decided to direct a film titled "Naan Kaduvul" before two years. Initially A.M. Ratnam was the producer and Bala has approaced Ajith and gave adavance to him. Ajith said to Bala, it is not suitable for me to act in a movie produced by a A.M.Ratnam. Hence, Bala went to current producer of Naan Kadavul Mr. Thenappan. Bala took nearly two years for story discussion and finalizing the story. For this he has spend almost 4 crores from the 13.5 crores given by Thenappan to Bala to make the film on first copy basis. In the meantime Ajith has finished some films including Paramasivan and Thiruppathi.

Now Bala needs extra 5 crores to finish the film from producer. Producer has told that he won't able because there will no chance to sell the film for more than 18 crores after the film finished. Now bala has decided to out Ajith from the project only because his salary is 2.5+ crores. Now he has appointed Arya for Rs. 50 lacs instead of Ajith.

Bala and Co. have claimed the amount what they gave to Ajith + Interest from Ajith. And Now Bala has complained that Ajith is the main reason for the two years delay and due to ajith he has lost money (Reason : He was unable to make a film for A.M. Ratnam). Therefore he want more money from Ajith.

Finally Ajith settled to all.

The entire kollywood has shocked.

In the recent controversy over Ajith and artiste privacy issue Ajith has got support from an unexpected colleague. Though he is considered a professional rival to Ajith, Ilaya Thalapathi Vijay has come out in support of Ajith our sources reveal. Vijay has reportedly talked to V C Guhanathan for Ajith. What did he speak?

Vijay had apparently said to FEFSI President "Ajith is an open book and he never speaks anything with hidden motives. He always speaks from his heart. The non-issue was blown out of proportion only by media". Vijay also has requested V C Guhanathan to let the issue go and not take any further actions by FEFSI.

Lets Start with Nerukku Naer..

1.Nerukku Naer was Supposed to Star Ajith & Vijay later become launchpad for suriya

2.Jeans-AMRathnam Producer,Sharnkar Everything was about to Start when in 1998.there was Rift between FEFSI and Producer council .AMrathnam was main member in Producer council and Ajith along with Kamal and some actors Stood for FEFSI.One Night AMRathnam asked to return advance and Ajith gave back and moved out of it.Later Shankar went on to make Jeans with Ashok Amirtaraj NRI Producer.

3.Nandha- Supposed to Have Sivaji Ganeshan(Rajkiran role) & Ajith..later Due to Bala and other reasons Sivaji & Ajith moved out of it.
Film was made with Suriya and rajkiran

4.Gemini-It was Titled Erumugam with Ajith and finally went to Vikram.

5.Kaakka Kaakka- Gowtham menon is well known to Ajith since he was working as assistant director to Rajivmenon during Minsarakanavu and Kandukondein Kandukondewin.

(Minnalae-Initially Madhavan asked to wait Gowtham.. Maddy didnt give immediate reply after consulting with Mani sir and lot of seniors he did. Madhavan respects Mani Sir much and since He launched maddy through alaipayuthey)

It was long time and Gowtham had infact narrated minnalae to Ajith as backup plan.Finally Maddy started with GVM
Coming back to Kaakka Kaakka.It was supposed to star Ajith and Jyothika...Ajith has commited Anjeneya that time and couldnt do that as immediate another cop one.Couldnt do Gowtham film.Finally after Viktram,etc all went to Surya.

6.Mirattal(Ghajini Original Title)-Ajith-Armurugadoss-Asin-Yuvanshankarraja-Jeeva was cinematographer.Shooting to started..later due to NIC arts problem...lot of financial problem he moved out.

Murugadoss approached Vikram,Maddy...finally suriya did and titled Ghajini.

7.Naan Kadavul-Ajith reduced weight and was ready for film.
Bala has the habbit of taking certain amount from producer and makes shooting and adjusting financials.As HE came back to know that Estimated Budget crossed the Amount he had Called Ajith in so called famous Hotel and Asked to return back the advance in non-ethical way...Ajith simple returned fully and came out of film.Later Bala too Apologised.

GVM supposed to do Ajith 49 and 50 film.

8.49th By Sivaji productiions (Asal Producer) supposed to have sameera reddy and harris jeyaraj as music. Sivaji Productions Ram kumar was the reason for GVM not doing it.They were not happy with Gangster script.

9-KO-KVanand Prepared the script for Ajith later went to Simbu finally Jeeva doing it.

Actor Ajith Kumar has time and again proved why he is loved by masses for both his onscreen and off-screen acts. Thala recently hit the headlines once again when the news of the star gifting houses to his gardeners, cooks and other domestic staffs spread onto the net. Since this is a time for schools to reopen, various actors normally print their pictures in school notebooks and distribute those books among poor school children but Ajith is one person who doesn't seek publicity for those acts. Ajith seems to called his manager and enquired on total number of students in Government school at RA Puram where his office is located. Then Ajith seems to have placed order for notebook with high quality paper and distributed it to the students which sources report amounted to 17 lakhs.

Ajith Kumar whose Arrambam is set for a Diwali release gets talking to Nikhil Raghavan about being a director’s actor, his upcoming production Veeram and his passion for racing, flying and photography

Billa (2007) was a landmark film for Ajith Kumar — a film that brought together director Vishnuvardhan and Ajith. The duo, during the making of the film, made up their minds to come together again sometime soon. Meanwhile, Vishnuvardhan got busy with his own projects and Ajith completed director Venkat Prabhu’s Mankatha, another huge hit, and Billa 2. The two have joined forces again and the result: Arrambam, a movie slated for a grand Diwali release. Ajith is busy with director Siva’s Veeram getting ready for an early 2014 release. Excerpts from an interview with the actor:

How would you describe your roles in Arrambam and Veeram?

The best part of both films is the diversity of roles. In Arrambam, my character is very stylish, on the lines of Billa and Mankatha. I play a mean guy —imagine a politically incorrect character. As with all A. M. Rathnam films, there will be a strong social message. Some of the issues dealt with are universal in nature.

As for Veeram, I play a rustic character, attired in a dhoti most of the time. I have enjoyed doing this action-oriented role; I think the last time I did such a role was in Attagasam.

What is the one thing that you look for in a role?

I consider myself a professional actor, paid to do the job — to enact the role as conceived by the director. Fortunately, in most of the films I have done so far, the scripts carried roles that suited me. I have progressed from youthful, romantic roles to action and now more mature ones. I do believe in the bound script but it doesn’t always happen. Sometimes you have to trust a director’s capability. I look for compatibility with the producer as well as the director. At the end of the day, we are all here to give our best and for me, there should be job satisfaction.

Are you a director’s actor? How much do you contribute to a film or a role?

I am driven by the director’s vision. As an actor, I do offer suggestions. I think if we use our talent to improvise within the area of acting, without infringing on the director’s creativity, it proves beneficial to the film. When there are no egos to tackle on the set, it makes life wonderful.

What has given you satisfaction — playing a romantic hero, an action hero or an actor with negative shades?

I have done my share of romantic films in my youth. I have grown older and insist that I will only play roles that suit my present looks, salt and pepper hair included. Luckily, Mankatha and Billa 2 came along. Now, in Arrambam and Veeram, the trend continues. Remember, doing characters with a slight negative shade does not take away the romance and fight out of you! I try to do roles I am comfortable with. Work is a motivation for me, irrespective of the character I play.

Health and fitness issues have plagued you in recent times. Despite the risks involved, why do you prefer to do most of the stunts yourself?

Accidents and injuries are part of this profession — call them occupational hazards. Thankfully, I have had good doctors who have helped me recover fast. Health and fitness are issues for anyone in any vocation. As for stunts, to an extent, we have to do them ourselves to lend them authenticity. Of course, there are professional stuntmen who are paid to do sequences and we as actors have always respected them. Many a time, they have come to our rescue too. Today’s audiences are very discerning and can spot a badly done stunt scene with doubles. So we have to give them their money’s worth when they come to watch our films.

Your love for speed and safe driving skills is a curious combination.

I have been both a bike and car racer since I was 18. I love speed but with caution. Having raced in India and abroad under internationally renowned drivers, I have learnt the art and the need to adopt safe driving practices. Today, when I ride my superbikes even on the road, I ensure I wear a helmet, gloves, boots and, on long drives, an overall. I plan to launch a website that will be updated with lots of advice, guidance and videos taken during my road trips on my two superbikes – BMW and Aprilia.

Issues related to society, environment… which is closest to your heart?

I believe if you are an honest taxpayer, that itself is a huge contribution to society. It’s the responsibility of the various government departments to use the taxpayers’ money for the benefit of society and the environment. I do my best for my family and personal staff. We co-exist — as much as they depend on me for their livelihood, my family and I depend on them too. I would not like to publicise my philanthropic activities.

Besides acting, you’re passionate about flying, aero-modelling and photography.

Due to several reasons, I couldn’t acquire a private pilot licence. I did the next best thing — aero-modelling. I have a collection of model aircraft which I fly from a private airstrip near Chennai. Post Arrambam and Veeram, I plan to undergo a long-pending surgery to repair a torn ligament in my leg. After this, I will go abroad on a six-month vacation to not just recuperate but also to indulge in aero-modelling at one of the leading centres. Photography is a passion and I think I have an eye for the unusual. I do not do this for any commercial reason, though.

கருப்பட்டியோ, கட்டி வெல்லமோ? ஏதாவது ஒரு இனிப்பு இல்லேன்னா, வாழ்க்கையே கசப்புதான் என்கிற ஃபார்முலாவை வைத்துக் கொண்டு எல்லா வகை ஹீரோக்களையும் வைத்து படம் இயக்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார் வெங்கட்பிரபு. அவரது நெடுநாளைய சிரிப்பில் கொடுமை கொழுந்துவிட்டு எரிய ஆரம்பித்தது பிரியாணியில்தான். இந்த படம் தாமதம் என்பதில் மட்டுமல்ல, இன்னபிற விஷயங்களுக்காகவும் அவர் நொந்து நுடுல்ஸ் ஆகிக் கொண்டிருப்பது தனிக்கதை.நடுவில் முற்றிலும் புது முகங்கள் நடிக்க ஒரு படத்தை இயக்கவிடலாமா என்று அவர் நினைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் போதுதான் வலிய வந்த ஸ்ரீதேவி, வைர மோதிரத்தை மாட்டிவிட்டு போயிருக்கிறாள். அந்த ஸ்ரீதேவி அஜீத். அஜீத் அஜீத்!கடந்த வாரத்தில் அஜீத் ஆபிசிலிருந்தே முன்னணி பின்னணி ஹீரோக்களுக்கு ஒரு போன் போனது. ஈசிஆர் ரோட்ல பார்ட்டி தர்றாரு. அவசியம் வந்துடணும். இதுதான் அழைப்பின் சாரம்சம். போனவர்களுக்கு இன்ப அதிர்ச்சி இன்னொன்று. இந்த பார்ட்டியை வெங்கட்பிரபுவுக்காக வழங்கியவர் அஜீத. அவரது பிறந்தநாளை முன்னிட்டு இந்த பார்ட்டியை ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தாராம் அவர்.வாசலில் நின்று அனைவரையும் வரவேற்றவர் ஷாலினி. உள்ளே வந்திருந்த விருந்தினர்களை தடபுடலாக கவனித்தவர் அஜீத். பார்ட்டி முடியும்போது, எனக்காக ஒரு நல்ல கதையை ரெடி பண்ணிட்டு வாங்க. கால்ஷீட் ரெடி என்றாராம். அஜீத். அதுக்கு இடையில் நான் ஒரு சின்ன பட்ஜெட் படம் பண்ணிடுறேன். அதுவும் முற்றிலும் புதுமுகங்களை வச்சு என்ற வெங்கட்பிரபு சொல்ல, அந்த சின்ன பட்ஜெட் படத்துல எனக்கொரு கெஸ்ட் ரோல் கொடுங்க. நடிச்சுக் கொடுக்கிறேன் என்றாராம் அஜீத்.கண்ணில் கண்ணீரே முட்டிக் கொண்டு வந்துவிட்டதாம் வெங்கட்பிரபுவுக்கு. ரொம்பவே சீரியஸ் ஆக இந்த கெஸ்ட் ரோலுக்கு மெனக்கட ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டார் அவர். தேடி வந்த ஸ்ரீதேவிக்கு மூட் இருக்கும்போதே முன்னேறிடுங்க வெங்கட்!

Gautham Menon is currently busy canning his new untitled Simbu film at a rapid pace and he intends to complete work on the film in one stretch, well in time so that he can start work on his Ajith film in February 2014, after the release of Ajith's Pongal offering Veeram. The director intends to meet the star and give him a complete script reading session some time soon.

This new Ajith - Gautham pairing has already sent the hype meter soaring and fans are anticipating a stylish mass entertainer from the ace director. Ajith's plans to go for surgery to mend his injured leg, aren't clear yet. He had earlier revealed that he plans to undergo surgery and then rest and recuperate in a foreign location after the release of Veeram. Thala Ajith starrer 'Veeram' directed by Siruthai Siva has been officially confirmed as a Pongal release in January. With a few weeks after the release, the star has special plans for Valentine's day next year. Ajith is set to to kick start his next project with director Gautham Menon a day after Valentine's day, from Feb 15th, which will be produced by AM Ratnam.

Venkat Prabhu and team are busy doing their rounds of promotional activities for Biriyani, which is due for release on the 20th of December. The movie is apparently based on the protagonist, Karthi's peculiar but adamant habit of having biriyani with liquor.

There have been talks about Venkat Prabhu's next project after Biriyani and it is being speculated that it would be a sequel of Ajith's Mankatha. The director also speaks about it in Naveena Saraswathi Sabatham. Well, the speculations have raised the expectations of fans. But the director spoke about it recently and iterated that he has not thought about his next script yet. He stated that the team is concentrating on the release of Biriyani as of now and might give Mankatha 2 a thought later.

தற்போதைய பல மெகா ஹீரோக்கள் சினிமாவில் நடித்து சம்பாதிப்பதைவிட விளம்பரப் படங்களில் நடித்துதான் பெரிய தொகையை சம்பாதித்து வருகிறார்கள். சிலர் இந்திய அளவிலான பெரிய கம்பெனிகளின் விளம்பர தூதராகவும் மாறி விடுகிறார்கள். விஜய், சூர்யா, விக்ரம், ஆர்யா, கார்த்தி என்று பல கோலிவுட் ஹீரோக்கள் இதில் முதலிடம் வகிக்கிறார்கள். அதேபோல் பல முன்னணி நடிகைகளும் இப்படித்தான் சம்பாதிக்கிறார்கள். ஆனால், அஜீத் மட்டும் எந்தவொரு விளம்பர படங்களிலும் நடிப்பதில்லை என்ற கொள்கையை சினிமாவில் நடிக்க வந்ததில் இருந்தே கடைபிடித்து வருகிறார்.

4th time lucky for both Ajith and Gautham Menon

Gautham Menon's films are known for their splendid music and he also makes sure that they are filmed in the most aesthetically pleasing manner. His collaborations with the likes of A.R.Rahman, Harris Jayaraj and Ilayaraja have been rousing hits. Now, all eyes are on the composer who will be scoring for the director's upcoming movie with Ajith in 2014.
We hear from multiple trusted sources that A.R.Rahman has been signed on to do music for this much-expected venture. Interestingly, this would be Rahman's 4th venture with both Ajith and Gautham.
Rahman has scored for Ajith films such as Pavithra, Kandukonden Kandukonden and Varalaru prior to this. He also scored for Gautham's Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya, Ye Maaya Chesave and Ekk Deewana Tha, even though all the movies were more or less the same, in terms of content.
It must be noted that Rahman currently has films such as Kochadaiyaan, I, Kaaviya Thalaivan in Tamil and Highway in Hindi.

hi paranitharan, please don't get offended. vijay fans like ajaybaskar, cedyblue and there are some more which I have been watching here in the hub are genuine and you should be very happy interacting with these hubbers but in a very sensible manner. let us ignore some hubbers who try to pull down thala ajith or we thala fans here, it doesn't look good when we react for these things unnecessarily. they just post the genuine news and don't over-exaggerate. so let's carry on with happy hubbing. Thala Ajith who has been busy with his shooting first for Arrambam and then now for his upcoming flick Veeram, has finally decided to spend time with his sweet family. The actor will leave to Australia with his family this month and would be spending his New Year there.
