IMO....Ende Maamtti Kutti Ammavukku is an all time classic among Malayalam movies.And, I think Fazil extracted fantastic work out of a very beautiful child called baby shalini. And she really did win our hearts with her outstanding performance.

But as it usually happens....she became a star and sort of a stereotype after that movie....and to be honest...she was quite unbearable in almost all her subsequent movies as a child star.

And sorry S.Janaki fans.. Janaki singing for Shalini with her artificial small girl voice was plain irritating....Remember chinna chinna poove in Shankar guru.....excruciatingly painful.....
