Could any one tell me how to read these tamil fonts and what font should I download?

if you are using windows XP - then its default tamil font
setup -
go to control panel
select regional & language options
select regional options
click on drop down arrow next to English
scroll down and select Tamil
of course u need the original windows CD
----
what is ur browser
IE --> then
Tools >> Options >> Read >> Fonts.
Select "Unicode" from 'font setting' list.

I dont seem to have Tamil in my regional language list

Tamil fonts have to be installed in your computer, I suppose!

Latha is a default unicode Tamil font in Windows XP/ vista

download some fonts from here

download ekalappai from
http://thamizha.com/modules/mydownloads/viewcat.php?cid=3
choose eKalappai 2.0b(Anjal)
run ekalappai
