I am really sorry if my post has hurt you. I never meant to. I apologize. I was mentioning 'ignorance' just because you should be in a very much better position to evaluate good and original music having listening to music for very long, still you didn't, even after we have seen ample proof how music is composed in current times. If you are equating Maestro with all others, then I don't have anything to say. By transparency, I only meant again we know how Maestro composes as we have seen numerous videos of him composing and directors who have worked with him has expressed that clearly, nothing else. I still don't understand on why you say we should be the last one to say this.

Also my association with Maestro is right from my childhood, and I can take any criticism except when he is pulled down drastically to nothing (as I have seen few cases recently) I certainly cannot take it as I have lived with him virtually all the time. I now certainly see that hub is not the right place for me, as my posts are considered rude (as described by you) and definitely I don't feel good to continue with this remark.

1. YSR has so much free time to check FM channels and discover no airing of his new release.

Genuine criticisms are very much welcome. You can come across many in the concerned thread. After so many years of movie watching, i more or less know what audience will like and dislike. Reviews from many hubbers shared the same opinions of mine.

Yes, Anurag Kashap's Ugly is screened in Cannes [Its presented as a Thriller narrating the kidnap of a young girl].

But not as a selection by Cannes but by "Quinzaine des Réalisateurs" [Its complicated to translate it - Actual meaning : 15 directors - Real Sense : handful of (bunch of) Directors).

Quinzaine des Réalisateurs is an association that enrolls/identifies young directors from the world. And their category at Cannes is a special one [ie. they will not be contesting with the official selection]. The award the directors would be contesting is "La Caméra d'Or" (Golden Camera). This association organises workshops where several young talents are recognised. To salute them, each year (starting from 1978) they screen movies, at Cannes, made by "them" which are note worthy.

Going into the details there is a dialogue in Iddarammayilatho about Pawan Kalyan that has made Pawan kalyan fans angry and they demanded sorry from the director Puri Jaganath. The dialogue goes like this: “Prati Vedava Pawan Kalyan faney…” (Every wastefellow is a Pawan Kalyan fan).
The dialogue is told by Brahmanandam in the film when Allu Arjun says his name Sanju in typical Pawan Kalyan style. But the words “Prati Vedava” made Pawan kalyan fans angry. And some of them came on the roads with a banner demanding the scene be deleted from the film.

SoftSword, from when has TFI seriously taken into account "acting skills" of a particular person. Only their "crowd-pleasing" techniques are considered. And for "character" roles (the whole word is wrongly coined, that why I put in quotes), there are deep one, I agree, but most of the time they do not have much to play and its like anyone who can fit the bill.

I draw RK as an exemple. His performence in Avan Ivan, eventhough, unoticed was too good. His body language was menancing and the way he was rolling after getting beaten are note worthy.

Anyway, I do not mean that Srinivasan would overshadow Jayaprakash or Nasser, but still he would have become the 1st choice for any given film maker if he proves to be "bettable" in such roles. Maybe reality could paint a different version, and strictly speaking with respect to the above "photo", I do feel that he can shed his "nonsense" star-Power and get into the shoes of doing something that could redefine his "carrier". Why not, afterall there are people who wish to spend money to see him on screen !

if u choose character actors based on look.. then he has one...
we are used to choosing lead characters and their friends just for the look and fame of them eventhough they cannot act a bit... but character roles, were only given based on the actors skills... 90% its done that way...
lets take this VTV Ganesh for example, he is not a good actor, but in VTV, he does his job... but did u watch KLTA?? powerstars scenes were miserable, and only the funny elements in the scene makes u tolerate his utter rubbish acting/sehstais on the screen...
TFI never takes acting skills seriously - this has some truth in it... but that statement cannot be used to rescue powerstar... tell me one character actor in TFI who is given chances regularly being in the powerstars caliber...

I dont have/know any news about the censored scenes, as this movie was less talked about. But I can confrim that, when I watched it here during its release, Kumar was running around naked. Then I heard that several of those scenes were removed and the few scenes which remained were blurred.
