I open this thread for discussions on SL cricket.

Some hot news on SL

SL and Pakistan play an ODI series, starting on May 18th.

It will be Tom Moody's last project with SL as he will leave to Western Australia.

Sangakkara, Murali, and Vaas will not represent SL because they have gone to England counties.

Sangakkara has scored a hundred today.
Murali took 6 for 72 off 33 overs.
Vaas is yet to bowl, but he scored some 30 runs.

I heard on grapevine, Jayasurya is unlkely to play in the tour because he is called on to play for Lashings XI.

Vasssy should retire , giving way to youngsters.

Similarly Sanath also should follow suit.

Wonder why Attapattu has been treated like this ! One of the most accomplished batsman of current era.

One good thing about SL cricket is that between the players, there is no ego at all !

Everyone look cheerful, committed ( see Sanath, Marwan were all captains at one stage ) but still play with the same enthusiasm. No leg pulling.

I always see a togetherness amongst SL team members.
