A doctor opens a clinic ans Alwa Vasu is supposed to bring in the patients. He finds Vadivelu in the street and asks him to come and visit the doctor and when he refuses hits him on the head and forces the bleeding Vadivelu to come in. Quite an unimaginative joke. But AV is damn funny
