U can find he recipe for masala peanuts in Mrs.Mano's thread... she posted it a few days abck...

The simplest way is to mix broken peanuts (skinless) with chopped onions, green chillies, salt, corriander and lime juice. Let it remain for 30 mins, so that it gets mixed, before serving.

This is the simplest peanut masala for a quick evening snack.

I think he's asking about the crunchy peanuts that are fried in a chilli batter that we get to buy in packets.
