The young kids are infact harrassed both at the school as well as by their parents due to heavy work load and with an inspiration that their children should become much talented in the years tocome. With this idea the parents are forcing the children to undergo various classes like music, dance, abacaus, computer classes. Similary the school is also giving enormous pressure so that the children will strive hard and secure good marks there by the institution will have a good psoition in the society. kindly send your remarks on this

This is a very relevant topic for Parents with Kids ( specially in their Teens).
I would suggest setting simple Goals ( One for Academic & another for Extra Curricular activities ) for each Semester they progress in school . List only those activities needed to achieve them .
The rest of the activities should be either deferred to another time or taken out completely. Please stop doing thinks for the sake of doing them (forced to do them as done in the past).
After a month’s time find out if they are having fun with it. If they are bored then the Goals need to be fired up (taken a notch up )and if they are miserable then lower the Goals.
This will only be a start and will be great challenge, as they grow older.
Hope someone can improve from this suggestion.
