Hey allll.... :D We r running a social work team "Metal Youth's" :? cv .. Team in the sense its for the benifits for youths... we r now 89 members all over tamilnadu....

Last week we conduct an awareness programe on how to face the toughest hr interview.. we prepared a booklet and distirbuted to all the students who attended the programe...

This we did in some coleges in madurai...

See nowadays the filtering in the interview is becoming more.. like G.D. H.R... some 5 to 6 levels.. only the people from cities like chennai.. and some places were got into.. they too not...!!! so our one process is to train up the final year students by giving him a training by profecionals (our members who is familiar in that part) at free of cost... so after they get into a posistion they can also become a member and serve... also we r arranging a culturals in a orphanage and entertain them... many like this... main aim is to serve.. YOUTHS... so ideas are welcome ...

May be you can concentrate on giving training , conducting model interviews to students in rural areas who lack the facilities of easy access to information & knowledge.
