Thanx Alan
I have never added garlic, cloves and such masalas...whenever I have made Tomato rice. Just salt and chilli powder....and the sourness of tomatoes......as both my husband and I felt tht with all those masalas.....it was just another veg pulao type stuff without the veggies!!
Maybe..this might seem very plain to u.....but it was well liked by my family.
Anyway...am planning to try out this recipe sometime and will get back to u.

Emmmm...........not a great fan of mint flavour, Nichiro. May be I 'll substitute the mint with Corriander leaves?
