FILES on UNIX SERVER

I WANT TO DOWNLOAD SOME FILES LOCATED ON A UNIX SERVER.
I TRIED FOR IT BUT AN ERROR REPORTED ' YOU ARE NOT PERMIT TO ACCESS THIS SERVER ' WHAT I CAN DO? :( :( :( :(

you can change the access mode..
chmod 755..
