Hi all,
Can anyone share some Barbeque grill recipes (nonveg/veg)please.

take this recipe for prawns!!
TILL WALE JHINGE
jumbo prawns - 8 nos, cleaned, deveined but with tails on
marinade:
sour cream/yogurt - 3 tbsp
garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
turmeric - 2 or 3 pinches
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
ginger and garlic pastes - 1/2 tsp each
lemon juice - 1 tsp
salt
1. marinate the jhinga in the marinade for about 2 hours.
2.coat with white sesame seeds (30 gms).
3. put on greased skewers and grill until golden .
4. serve hot.

CHICKEN SATAY
boneless chicken fillets - 5 nos, each cut into 4 pieces
marinade:
sesame oil - 100ml
onion paste - 2 tbsp
garlic paste - 2 tsp
ginger paste - 4 tsp
soy sauce - 1 tbsp
thai red curry paste - 2 tsp
(the actual recipe is red chilli and lemon grass pasted with vinegar) (get the ready made one)or just use red chilli powder with vinegar/lemon juice....i do the same!!
1. marinate the chicken in the mix for 3 to 4 hours
2. thread on greased skewers and grill for about 15 minutes turning occasionally.
3. serve with peanut sauce
peanut sauce:
roasted peanuts - 1 cup, powdered
water - 1 cup
soy sauce - 1 tsp
lemon juice - 1 tsp
salt
boil everything together, cool and mix with 1/2 cup of cream.

ROASTED LEG OF LAMB
leg of lamb - 1 small, whole
(make small incisions)
rub the leg with 2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder,2 tbsp each of ginger and garlic pastes, salt
prepare marinade:
vinegar - 100 ml
oil - 100 ml
onion - 1 no, ground
green chilli paste - 2 tsp
powdered - 6 black cardamom, 2 green cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp black pepper corns
salt
leave the lamb in the marinade overnight
cook in tandoor/ charcoal grill until done glazing with butter occasionally
(outdoor)
if u are using the grill in ur kitchen, cook at 180 degrees for about an hour.
