Can someone please share me a recipe for Saaramdhu and Kariamudhu please

Can u describe what it is, then maybe i can hunt the recipe for u

I think, these are "Iyengar" ways of telling Rasam saadam and Curry saadam. They call cooked rice as "amudhu" and some orthodox Iyengars do not chew on rice, they just swallow it, as it is dis-respecting the amudhu if you chew it. So they always cook rice very well (until you do not see the separate kernels).
