Neways, not really much of a celeb. here I'm told........but bcos of tat we dont hav a public holiday tomorrow! I was looking fwd to a break during my training.....! :(

Well, I'll be having some fun tonight, from this evening rather. It takes me back to that village life in my earlier years and my school -Rama Krishna Dharmic Sabah in Kitty, Greater Georgetown :)

Yes Lammy, I had some fun. It was an evening of Holi which tied in with the monthly-Tuesdays- "full moon" Pooja. It was quite a windy day here and my hair was blown in all directio before I got there and my saree pleets a bit lose from holding up from the wind (wonder what was the point of getting a new one for this occassion that don't look new after all the wind etc.). We then had a lovely dinner. This Sunday there will be a Holi mela, but doubt very much whether I will attend. It is still not as hot as the Holi celebrations in Guyana, weather and spirit wise. So thats all for my celebrations :D

I am a bit dissapointed that no one else has something to share. What is really going on????????

... One could safely argue that Phagwah celebrations in Guyana are the best by far, even when compared to that of India, since the Holi festival as Phagwah is also known as due to the burning of Holika the night before, is not exactly celebrated as is normally seen in the movies......
