Hey everyone, I have a question to ask about Tamil songs. It seems like you have a few experts so maybe you can help me out?
If you listen to 'Chennai Senthamizh' in the film M Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi, its a really really good song. Does any-one know that ragam of it? and doesn't it remind you of the carnatic song 'Maha Ganapathim'?

I have another question ; what ragam is 'margali thingal allava' from 'sangamam' film?

Yes about that Chennai senthamizh being a replica of Maha ganapathim ! Its very very true and I recognized it the very first time I heard it !
