I think you all know that during days with lack of rest or sleep, sometimes the body temperature goes up and there is general weakness and hot feeling in the mouth. Sometimes instead of temperature it may be a cold. Due to tiredness even eating food becomes painful for the jaws.
Can you share what food you make in your home during this circumstance? My MIL generally recommends hot and fresh milagu rasam and sleep to recover your strength. Any suggestions?
