I have some dry kokum..can u please suggest some receipes where i can use it

It is used in fish curries in kerala, malabar coast, mangalore and goa. Just use it instead of tamarind.
I, personally, dont like this taste, but I know die-hard fans of kokum in fish curries. :wink:
