Thanks, Lakshman..But, in devi niye thunai, there will be more words which I hear like ended up like slokams(Durga's names) and abt vani nee, dont know any other details.

Whose recording is it? Can you email me the clip?

Unfortunately, I dont have that song CD or anything. It is just that a couple of yrs back, in a temple, heard a lady was singing this song and ended with what I told. I was quite surprised as heard the same when I was schooling.

Maybe, will give a try of asking that lady through my lady hoping that she can keep in touch with her. If so, will send you the lines too.

R: Do you know the singer or composer? If it is by Harikesanallur Muthaiya Bhagavathar it is available in karnatic.com (Royal Carpet) where Lakshman posts.
