Five men were arrested in Mumbai yesterday after they spread word that a Tsunami has hit Mumbai during this week's flash floods.The rumour resulted in the death of more than 15 people when the panic stricken crowd rushed out of slums creating a stampede.7 children are among the victims and scores of people are injured as there was no power supply and people ran over those who had already fallen off. :evil:
