Do you really feel that all the actors are talking tamizh language very fluently in movies.

First yenga SSkum Tamizh languagekkume koncham thagararu thaan but still I compromise.

But the so called Captain of the cine industry Vijaykanth, tamizh olunga pesurara?? How many of them noticed that he utters TAMIL VALGA, instead of TAMIZH VAZHGA. Ithule ivarukku Tamizna Uir Moocham.

Of the current actors I rate KAMAL as the perfect tamizh speaking actor. Apart from SS and Vijaykanth vera yaar yaar tamizh kolai panranganu oru list edungalen.

Tamil actors do pronounce Tamil properly.. Captain still has trouble with 'zha'.. Actors who dont talk tamil have a easy way out by using a dubbed voice... I agree with u Beckham. Shivaji's voice had majesty and he was a man who spoke the tamil words clearly so that they could appeal to the audience very well. Vivek too is good nowadays. But at times he uses english words more than tamil words.

That climax scene in AS where the Kiran reads out the letter written by Nalla Sivam (voice rendered by Kamal) would serve as a good example to someone who aspires to speak in "top quality" Tamil! :thumbsup:

Due to that, Ajit is unable to cope up with the exact accent reqd.

But he did manage to come out with flying colours most of the time.

Only in a very few movies, his delivery is not that much perfect. But I am seeing this from many actors' films too.

Whenever he plays roles like Mugavari, Vaali etc you can see his natural accent coming up continuously in a NEAT WAY. IMHO, Ajith is one actor who doesn't need to rely on HIGH DECIBEL DELIVERY.. coz he is a master in portraying it through subtle, yet powerful emotions. :P

The other day I saw a poster that read: வரலாற்றின் வரலாரே !

I couldn't understand how such a spelling mistake could have occurred. If the fellow who wrote the poster didn't know the spelling it should have been வரலாரின் வரலாரே or வரலாற்றின் வரலாறே. You can't be inconsistent when spelling the same word in succession.

This only means the guy who wrote the poster didn't want to take a 50-50 chance of being either completely right or wrong. But played it safe and wanted to be sure he would be half right :-)

madhavan (except vazhtugal),kamal, prakash raj, raghuvaran, arjun, vivek, and siddarth.............these actors pronounce well :D :clap: their very clear in their speech and dialogue delivery.... they pronounce the zha, Ra and La in a very clear and distinct manner.....
