Need Gomathi Amman shloka

Hi,
My sis.in law urgently needs the lyrics for a shlok on goddess Gomathi matha, each verse has 4 lines.
The last line for each verse is something like this,

Sripunnaaga......jaaye thatha gomatheem.

Will be very grateful for any help,

Hi Urmila,
I have heard this song recited very frequently in my home, by mum, aunties etc. but am sorry do not know the lyrics.
It starts like,

Lakshmi Vaani,........lavanya shobham shivam.
Lakshmi Vallabha .............Lambodara Ullasineem
Nithyam kowsika..........Mandrojwalam
Sripunnaga........

I have no clue about the middle words or the rest of this shloka. Will try to ask my relatives, when I contact them.
Hope some one else can recollect & post the verses correctly,
