can anyone tell me the recipe for potato buns that we get in bakerys in bangalore also for the dilkush and dilpasand, really miss having those here hopefully I can try it at home here.

Oh...I love those potato buns too...Heres what i had tried once..will give u a rough idea now...and sometime later will check my recipe and give it in detail..

Potato buns/alu buns

Make the potato curry(but without onions and can add peas) like u make for masala dosa stuffing.
I got the frozen bread dough followed the instructions on the packet and in the last stage kept the potato curry in the bread dough and closed from the sides nicely and baked according to the instructions..
I'm a beginner in baking recipes. But I'm sure you would get a much better potato bun if u can make bread in home from scratch.
