Pls could somebody tell me what is "Beans chouli", "Biryani masala", "Dahll channa", "dahll masoor", "dahll moong", "dahll toor", "kasturi methi", "paubhtji masala" and "pista"??? Or what are they called in english. Pls I really need your help, if anyone can tell me what is at least some of those items I'll really appreciate it :)

Beans Chouli - No idea sorry :oops:

Biriyani Masala - Biriyani is a dish made out of meat mostly mutton or chicken and rice. its a bit like Pilao Rice but with more spices. Biriyani Masala is an instant version. its more like a all spice mix required to make Mutton or Chicken Biriyani. Its hugely available in all Indian Stores.

Channa Dahl: Is a dish made with chick peas and spices its goes well with most indian breads.

Dahl Masoor - No idea :(

Dahl Toor - Its a type of lentil used in most of the indian cooking, I dont know what its called in English.

Kasuri Methi - Dried or Fresh fenugreek leaves, available at all indian grocers

Pau Bhaji Masala - Pau Bhaji is a very delicious dish of Northern India, its usally a thick masala type curry served with freshly made bread. Tastes yummy!!.

Pista - Pistachio nuts
