[tscii:fa917a1a21]Have not tried this..but saved this recipe from a popular magazine a long while ago; so, it should be a nice recipe.

Chola puri

Maida 1 kilo, soda salt ¼ tsp, curd 1 cup, ghee 2 tbsp, salt, sugar 2 tbsp

Mix maida with salt. Heat curd slightly add sugar, mix well. Add this to the flour with salt, ghee and need, add hot water. Make puris and fry in oil.
