Any idea about the "Jaya Sri Ganesha..." dance piece in Dr.K.Vishwanath's "Saagara Sangamam/Salangai Oli" ??

Balu (Kamal) dances for solace in front of Ganesha, after the mutiliation of great lyrics by a filmi choreographer...

Is the Ganesha piece Ilaiyaraja's original compisition ? or was it borrowed from a more traditional Ganesh Chaturthi procession song?

Any hint will be greatly appreciated.

Kesava- I dont know if this piece was composed by IR or not, but IR's composition "Dhandaalayya" for the Telugu movie COOLIE No.1, is a vintage cult classic Ganesh Chathurthi song, which even now is played all over Andhra Pradesh during Ganesh Chathurthi! If you want, I can upload that song
