please help me identify this song

The song starts with "paalinchu"

It has this lines in it
"Ninnuvina gathi yevvaru nikhila loka janani"
What song is this? looks like a Shyama Sastri kriti to me

It is not a Shyama Shastri song.
There is another song palincu sharvani in kAmbhOji. I don't have neither the lyrics for it nor the recording. So I am unable to check. It hsa been rendered by Madurai Somu and Priya Sisters.

Lakshman: I have the Somu recording. It says the composer is Thyagaraja. I did not find it in my books. I will look again. It is in Kambhoji. The song is also available in MIO under Madurai Somasundaram.

Even I heard it from Madurai Somu's recording and I could not find the lyric in the internet.It is "palincu sharvani" which i was talking about.

pAlincu sharvani is not by Tyagaraja. It is by Srirangam Rangasami Pillai.
