Well, our local Tea Kaddai Nair uses a 1/4 tsp of scented tea dust to his regular scoop of tea leaves, before adding boiling hot water to it.

Top of that, when it comes to sieving the tea dregs, try doing it 2 or 3 times to extract a really good thick, extraction! After that add, condensed milk or pwdered milk with sugar.

Try and let me know, okay?

Hi,

I like kannan deven or taj mahal tea powder. Its very tasty for getting strong tea.For masala tea you can use crushed ginger and 3 pinch cardamom powder while boiling the water. The add the tea powder, mix well and switch off the flame. Then close it with a lid. After 3 minutes filter it and then pour hot milk and suger.I hope you may get tasty tea.
