Laws should be enacted to prevent the great Art Treasures of Gold, Copper, Bronze, Iympon and Stone Images, from being stolen from the Ancient & Medieval period Hindu Temples of the Tamil Nadu and smuggled out of India, by unscrupulous Non-Tamilians and some Non-Patriotic Tamilians, and being sold to Art Museums and Private Collectors in Foreign Countries especially in the West in favour of very high and exorbitant Prices offered by them for "Tamil Nadu Art Treasures" expecially of the "Tamil Chola Period" - but to be preserved as great monuments of "Tamilian Traditional Art Forms of the past" - for the future posterity and pride of "Native Tamilians" and for the great future of Tamil Nadu"
