How to bake Salmon ? recipe pls

Tandoori Salmon
Salmon fillet - 1
Tandoori Masala (any brand) - 2 tbsp or more as per taste
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Butter or oil to baste - 2- tbsp
Marrinate the fish with tyhe tandoori maala as per the masala instructions. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Put the steak skin side down on a cookie sheet. Brush with some oil. Bake for 15mins. Remove and baste again with the remaining oil and bake for another 5mins. (Remember to not over cook fish as it makes it very dry). Turn the broiler on and broil for 2-3 mins. Remove and serve hot sprinked with lemon juce and some raw onion.

Baked Salmon Fillet
Salmon fillet - 4 (125g each)
Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 teasp
Fresh Coriandar leaf choped 2tbsp (optional)
1/2 Lime juice
Mix the turmeric, chilli, soya sauce and oil into a paste,
Marrinate the Salmon fillets with the paste and leave it for 20 to 30 mintes.
Pre-heat oven to 180C. Brush some oil on a baking tray and put the steak skin side down on the tray.
Bake for 25-30mins. Turn the fillets and cook for 5mins. Remove and serve warm sprinked with lime juice and choped coriander.
NOTE; SALT is not used in this method.
Salt from the soya sauce should be enough.
