Try this chettinard masala crabs
4 large crabs(cleaned/halved)
6 onions, 10 garlics,2cm ginger
150gm grated coconut(dry roast till golden brown)
4 tomatoes-quartered
2 tbsp ground chilli
2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground tumeric
6 tbsp oil, salt,
1 tbsp aniseed(coarsely pounded)
curry leaves , 1/2 cup water
Method:
Fry aniseed + curry leaves
Add tomatoes -stir fry till fragrant
Add all other items except coconut. Cook covered stirring occasionally till crabs are cooked.
Sprinkle with grated roasted coconut and mix well.

Can fish/prawn also be cooked in the same way ?
