The recipe in www.bawarchi.com works good for Pani poori.

Hi Dharani.. I am from coimbatore too adn I would rate the bhel there the best! It comes served with the kozhambu which is not the case in other places...

I have the recipe for hte kozhambu adn I will post it here..
