Dear Tiya,
You can leave the okra in water with vinegar for a few minutes and then rinse it.
Bye!

Hi,
You can add a tablespoon of curd while roasting or even a teaspoon of channa flour can be sprinkled to absorb the stickiness, Bye saras

The best way to remove the stickiness is to avoid the moisture. Once you wash the okra, wipe it well. Lay it on a cloth to dry completely. Then cut the okra and then saute in the oil as usual.
Also anything sour like tamarind juice or curd prevents the okra from getting sticky.
If you are using in sambar, first saute it and then add it to the sambar last.
