MTR(Bangalore) markets two very tasty products: 1. Ready-to-serve Bisibelahuli Bath; and 2. Dry Bisibelahulibath powder, if you wish to cookat home. You can follow instructions on the carton in both cases. I have found them most authentic and very tasty.
These should be available in most Indian shops in the US.

Swaminathan sir,
Why don't you let the younger generation learn the cooking thro'ecipe route?MTR is readymade.Do you want the art of cookery to die?

Hello Chitra,
I do not know about Amma .com much but I do know MTR Chairman very well being a good friend. However I prefer that younger generation knows art of cooking from basics.Readymade masala powders can be used in emergencies but not always.
