Hi,
can anybody share the recipe of Pesaha appam ( Indari appam) and also the gravy(milk) that we used to make on the thursday prior to Easter?

I am not very sure, but i recollect from what i saw in my childhood. It is rice powder mixed with coconut milk and udad daal(uzhunnu)paste+ a little of jeera and garlic paste all mixed with some coconut paste also but not very loose.the first dish becomes the pesaha appam with a cross made from the palm leave of palm sunday and steamed.the rest packed in small quantities in banana leaves and steam to make indry appams

seema iam very mocuch sure about this appam i think you are malayali you do first idicha arippodi,dilutedsarkkara(jaggery)with out uzhunnu or east or any thing because pulikkatha appam anue you can add little geerkam also mix well and after thrre hours aviyil puzungi edukkuka
