Hi
Can someone tell me what all vegetable curries freeze well? Some say avoid onions? how to make gravies without onion and freeze? i want to make few curries, gravies to freeze for 1 month. I already tried freezing sambhar and rasam. what vegetables i should avoid?

  You can freeze all vegetables. But, Kz, you did not tell us whether you want them unspoilt.
