Can anyone tell me some dishes in Squids please

Cut Squid into rings and marinate for 1 hour in sambar powder, chilli powder, dash of oil and salt to taste.
Stir fry till just done and garnish with chopped fried curry leaves and coriander.

SQUID
Ingredients
For 1 kg of squid - Clean, wash & drain squid well, & keep aside. Mince about 7 onions, 3 or 4 tomatoes & keep ready. Turmeric Pwd. ½ tspn. Jeera Pwd. – ¾-1 tspn. Chillie Powder 1 ½ - 2 tspns. Or to taste; Ginger paste – 1 tspn. Garlic paste 1 tspn.
Method:
Use a kadai (wok), add oil & fry the onions till they become pink, ginger/garlic paste & continue to fry on low heat for 2-3 mins, now add Turmeric powder, Chilli powder (as required) , Jeera Powder (as required), & continue to fry for a further 2-3 mins., add tomatoes & fry till soft, now add the Squid, (pls do not add any water – as the SQUID will leave water), add salt to taste & mix well., do not allow to burn. When most of the water dries up, fry down nicely & remove from heat. The dish is ready to eat.
