hi,

can anyone help me in the above regard? It is a small ant. Is there any spray or powder available in indian or american stores?

  it is said that spray some sugar on the ants...and after someime they will take the sugar crystals and go away...you can try this..no harm in trying i guess...!!

  Dear R,
  in walmart u can get Raid or Hotshot or any such spray.Spray this and when the ants are dead clean the area.directions are written on the bottles themselves.

  Do these ants bite? - If they don't, just sweep them away.
  
  If they do - then get some poisoned ant-bait. The ants will carry the bait to the nests and the whole colony will be wiped out - you will be ants free for at least 3 months!

  I have a 4 months old baby and now she is swimming on the floor. So I have to be very careful while dealing with the ants as well as the spray or whatever it is. About biting, am not sure.

  Since u have a small baby u should be extremely careful.U could spray while everyone is asleep at night.don't spray in the bedrooms and bathrooms u will be using at night.next morning,u could spray in these bedrooms and bathrooms and close them safely for some hours.It is important to clean up the whole space after the ants are killed.or u could spray when everyone goes out and come only after a few hours.Take care
