How do u make kolukattais?

i had kollukattais in my grandmother's house in Triplicane chennai, when i went to india this summer, it was amazing! how do u make it?

Hello Surya,
There are varieties in Kozukattai, what type of kozukattai did you had at your granma's? Is it sweet one or it is kara kozukattai? Is it a sweet one filled with pooranam ? Can you specify it?

I think that i had the rice kolukattai.

It is called uppuma kozhakattai. Maybe that's what you had ?
